Membership at Handy Banners

1. We are committed to protecting the privacy & security of our members. But in no event will we be liable for any damages, including, without limitation, direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of the use of or inability to use our Member login system.

2. You must also agree not to use our system for hacking, cracking, or any related crime that violates laws of local, state/province, or countries of The United States of America, Canada or The United Kingdom

3. We hold all rights to our Membership system, and can make changes to it when the need arisis, without prior notice or any notice whatsoever.

4. We can change our point to discount ratio at anytime and without notice. It is the member's responsbility to make sure they follow any notice given to them, and keep up with changes occuring at our website.

5. We can suspend and deny the usage of Handy Points if a member violates all/any rule(s) depicted above, without condition and notice.

Advertising

1. Pornography and sex-related merchandising websites/domains are prohibited. This includes sites that may infer sexual content, or links to pornography elsewhere. Nude "art" is not allowed.

2. We will not link to any material that violates or infringes on the copyright, intellectual property rights or trademark rights of any individual or organization.

3. Piracy, hacking, cracking, phreaking, warez, pyrotechnics, exploitive software or text that educates or encourages this activity and/or use will not be linked to.

4. We will not link to ROMs and Emulators.

5. We will not link to any material that is grossly offensive, including exploitation of children, blatant expressions of bigotry, hatred, harassment, defamation, or invasion of privacy. This includes material that defames abuses, harasses or threatens any person or group.

6. We will not link to any website/domain in the commission of any crime that violates the laws of local, state/province, and federal government of the United States of America, Canada or the United Kingdom.

7. In no event will HandyBanners.com be liable for any damages, including, without limitation, direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of the use of or inability to use HandyBanners.com’s services or any content thereon. This disclaimer applies, without limitation, to any damages or injury, whether for breach of contract, tort, or otherwise, caused by any failure of performance; error; omission; interruption; deletion; defect; delay in operation or transmission; computer virus; file corruption; communication line failure; network or system outage; or theft, destruction, unauthorized access to, alteration of, or use of any record.
