1. What does Handy Banners offer?

Handy Banners was created to offer prestige quality banners at affordable prices to contribute to the enhancement of your website emarketing. We create custom animated/static banners of all sizes that will attract visitors to your website and help increase your sales or website presence. Handy Banners offers you a member login to use your “Handy Points” for future orders to receive discounts as well as free banners. We also offer competitive advertising for your company that will help to bring traffic to your website, and much more.

2. Could I ask for modifications to my banner?

Yes, Handy Banners offers 5 revisions on each banner giving our customer empowerment over their purchase and to ensure their satisfaction.

3. Do my revision rights expire, if so how?

Yes, your revision rights will expire if you do not ask for them. And you can only ask for a revision within that week that you had purchased your banners and the revision right will last only 7 days after your order.

3. Do you create static banners?

Yes, we create static & animated banners.

4. Do you offer refunds?

We do not offer refunds on banners & specials. But we do refund the rush delivery payment if we fail to deliver your banners within 24 hours if this service was requested.

5. Do you create custom sized banners?

Yes, we create any type of custom sized banner. Please contact us at custom@handybanners.com

Payment & Delivery

1. What Payment Method Do You Accept?

And we use Paypal is our only system of payment to utilize and effective safeguard against theft of personal information that accepts all major credit & debit cards.

2. What is the turn around time for the banners?

We offer a 48 hour guarantee on all individual sized banners, as well as a 72 hour guarantee on all specials.

3. Do you offer rush delivery, and if so how long?

We offer our customers a 24 hour rush delivery guarantee. It costs an additional $5 on all individual sized banners or $10 on all specials. You may also order any individual sized banner and special and have them rushed delivered for $15. There is a limit of 5 rush deliveries that can be made per customer for individual sized banners, and 3 rush deliveries for specials.

4. What format do the banners come in?

To ensure prestige quality with the lowest size, all banners come in .gif format.

5. Is the psd included?For additional $5 you will receive the .psd (PhotoShop) which is the extension that the banner was created with on individual sized banners. But on specials there is a $15 charge to receive the .psd extension. Please contact custom@handybanners.com to receive your .psd.

6. How are the banners delivered

The banners will be zipped up and sent to you via the e-mail that was provided when you ordered.

Membership & Handy Points

1. Why Should I become a member?

Becoming a member of Handy Banners has many benefits. You have the ability to use your Handy Points towards discounts on future banners or use them to get free banners. You will also be included in our month draw to receive any size banner of your choice absolutely free. Plus registration is free.

2. Are there any other benefits of becoming a member?

As said above, you will be entered in monthly draws, and be able to obtain discounts, and free orders. In conjunction to this, we are planning on launching other services as well, which but are not limited to: banner templates (GIF/JPG/FLASH(once Flash Handy Banners is launched)), instant banner generators (GIF/JPG/FLASH(once Flash Handy Banners is launched)) at below normal prices, and much more! Just keep checking our news page or the Members Area.

3. How Do I edit my information?

To change your personal account details like your e-mail, login and click "Profile". Then change the required information and click "Update".

4. Will my membership be activated instantly?

Your account will be activated instantly. We will then dispatch an e-mail containing your account details as well as your password. But you must wait for that e-mail to see your password, which will also contain a link to verfiy that the e-mail you provided is accurate and belongs to you, to ensure that our Members' Area is not spoiled by fraud. After activating your account, you will be able to login. NOTE: You will not be able to access the Members' Control Panel unless you have activated your account!

Handy Points

1.What are Handy Points, and how can I use them?

Every time you purchase banners from Handy Banners you are credited a set amount of points to your account. These points are only available for members. You can use these Handy Points towards discounts or orders on future purchases. Simply follow these steps:

  1. Login from the main page, and wait for the Members' Control Panel, aka "MCP". If it fails to open automatically click on the small link provided on the page.

  2. Click "Order Now!" and you will be provided with a very similar order page, very much like our main order form. Enter the e-mail you would like the banners to be delivered at. The e-mail you provided us during Registeration, or the updated e-mail from the "Profile" page will already be there for your convenience. Choose the banners or specials you want, make sure you enter the description and the quantity. When you're ready, click "Continue".

  3. On this page, you will be shown all the banner(s)/special(s) you ordered, including their final price before discount. You will also notice a column called "Use Points" right beside the "Price". If you ordered any special(s), you will notice a checkbox, otherwise you will notice a "N/A". What this means is that, if you click the "Use Points" checkbox, points will be first deducted from the special(s) order, and then from regular banner order. This isi because the amount of points needed to attain a discount on a regular order and a specail(s) order varies from one order to the next, depending on the choices you picked. Below the summary are options for rush deliveries. Pick the one you require. NOTE: There will be no discount applied on service charge for rush deliveries, i.e. if you picked the regular rush delivery, the $10 charge will be applied after all points have been deducted.

  4. This is the most crucial part in the ordering sequence. You will be shown how many points you have below the "Rush Delivery" sections. You will also notice a drop down box, containing values from "0 Handy Points" to the amount you have. You must select the amount of points needed, EXACTLY right, i.e. if you pick too many you will lose unnecessary points. Click "Continue", once you're ready to go on.

  5. This is the last step before you pay using "Paypal". On this page you will be shown the order details, including name, email, points used, points earned, discount, and the final price. Once you have verified that everything is correct, click "Buy Now". You will be taken to Paypal's secure payment area, please follow the instructions as they are given. You will be given a link to continue to. You MUST click this, and not close the window. You will be taken back to our site.

  6. You will be shown a successfull message, and will be logged out automatically in 10 seconds. If you're not, just click the link provided. This step is necessary because all your order details, and your profile is updated through our secure and confidential system, but in order to make sure there will be no errors next time, this step is taken to prevent any close any holes, if any are there, which might be a security threat. If you notice that on the right side of the screen, there is no sentence saying how many points you have, or any, or the status line just reads: "Status:", please contact Member Administeration ASAP, and report the problem and include your order details; like the points used, banners ordered, and points earned. So we can respond to your order immediately and update your account. If you fail to do so, there might be problems occuring in the future of validity of the statements and so forth. This 'error' usually suggests there was a server error from our host, and needs immediate attention from all parties.

  7. If everything went smoothly the next time you log in, there will be more Handy Points!

2. Is there any expiration on the Handy Points collected?

There is a expiration of 2 years, meaning that if there has been no activity in your account for two years, your account will be suspended, which will in turn expire all your points.
